onlinecustomwheels.com ships all of its products via FedEx or UPS Ground. Shipping usually takes 3-7 business days unless otherwise notified. FedEx and UPS does not ship to P.O BOXES. You must provide us with a physical address when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays incurred after departure from our side. Most orders are shipped within 3 business days, assuming that the merchandise is in stock. Not In-stock items can take additional processing time, since product has to arrive from manufacture. If your order contains mounted tires and wheels, an extra day or two is normally needed for the mounting and balancing. Most merchandise is shipped from our warehouse in California. In the event of a backorder situation, we will either ship the merchandise directly from the factory or notify you of the delay. onlinecustomwheels.com will not ship to an address other than the billing address, unless payment was made via western union. Otherwise, if your billing and shipping address do not match, your order will be declined.
RETURNS / CANCELLATIONS
All returns or cancellations are subject to a 20% restocking fee of total amount fee plus shipping charges to and from onlinecustomwheels.com. The restocking fee also applies to shipments that are refused. If the return is for a Wheel and Tire Package, the customer will also be assessed an additional $100.00 per set dismounting fee for all wheel sizes. If error was on our part, such as fitment issues, you shall be refunded in full. onlinecustomwheels.com will not take any product that has been mounted, installed, used or altered in any way. Product must be in original packaging. Return and refund offer is good for 7 days after product is received. There are no Returns or Refunds on special order items. Please email Customer Service (firstname.lastname@example.org) for a Return Authorization Number. Packages must be pack properly and if packages are returned to onlinecustomwheels.com and are damaged due to faulty packaging, credit will not be issued. If you need to return or exchange an item, please email customer service for a Return Authorization Number. All merchandise must be new. Every return is subject to inspection. If it is deemed that damage to the product is a result of road hazards, such as a car accident, or curb scraping, onlinecustomwheels.com is not obligated to grant a refund. If the return is deemed to be a fault on the part of the manufacturer or our own, we will refund you in full. We are dedicated to customer satisfaction, and will do everything to resolve any issues. Yet, we cannot grant refunds and accept returns for merchandise damaged due to events outside of our control. Credit will be granted less shipping charges. onlinecustomwheels.com will refund shipping charges only if there was error on our side. There are no Returns or Refunds on special order items.
DAMAGED / LOST PACKAGES
If your shipment has arrived damaged, please contact your local FedEx or UPS customer service within 24 hours of receipt to report the damage. Save all packaging material for FedEx or UPS inspection. Once they have been contacted, you then contact us within the same 24 hour period to report the damage so that we may also file a damage report. Failure to do so will jeopardize the proper credit of your damage and the sale will be pending results of investigation. You will not be credited until the investigation is closed and the proper credit has been applied to onlinecustomwheels.com. Only until then can a re-shipment occur. Damage Claims can take on average up to 30 Business Days, but do not to exceed 60 Business Days.
Onlinecustomwheels.com guarantees fitment of product we sell. Our Sales Advisers are the BEST in the business! We will recommend up-to the allowed up-size that your vehicle can allow. If requesting something other than the recommended, we (onlinecustomwheels.com) will not be liable for any fitment issues. Just keep in mind, there is No Returns, No Refunds, No Exchanges, No Credit in the event such as this.
